In our test drive with a 530i, the ride is smooth while still delivering a sensation of modest athleticism. The cornering grip is acceptable, especially with the M Sport package’s improved suspension. Speaking of the M Sport package, it also has improved brakes, resulting in a remarkable 156-foot stop from 70 mph on our test course.
